Curious George Costume: ひとまねこざるコスチューム手作り

A couple of years ago I made costumes of Curious George and the Man in the Yellow Hat requested by my niece and my sister, of course, for Halloween! It didn't look exactly as George so I made a bag with a piece of plastic to put in a colored copy of the front page of the book. Hands are covered with cheap gloves and a small fabric and the shoes are covered as well.

The Man in the Yellow Hat is my sister. I dyed an old shirt and short pants in yellow with Dylon and made the yellow hat and the tie with felt fabric.

数年前にハロウィーン用に作ったひとまねこざるとおじさんのコスチュームです。どうしてもひとまねこざるになりたいと言うので。手には子供用軍手に生地を縫いつけて、足もとにも生地を。二度と使わないのに手間はかかった衣装。おじさんに名前がないのは知らなかったわ。シャツとショートパンツはダイロンで黄色に染めて、帽子はフェルトで手作り。あまりひとまねこざるに見えないので、絵本の表紙をカラーコピーして、ビニールバッグを作って中から見えるようにしました。
